Terms of service.

Zonghae Inventory (company number 16284937) will provide the property inventory service specified in the booking confirmation. The scope is limited to the service type and property address confirmed at booking.

We reserve the right to decline a booking where the property falls outside our coverage area, presents unreasonable access difficulties, or where the booking details are materially inaccurate.

The client is responsible for ensuring the clerk has safe, unobstructed access to the property at the agreed time. If access is refused or the property is not ready, a rescheduling fee may apply.

The client must provide accurate contact and property information. Incorrect information that causes a wasted visit will be charged at the full inspection rate.

Payment is due on completion of the inspection unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. Invoices unpaid after 14 days may accrue interest at 8% above base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

Our liability for any claim arising from an inspection is limited to the fee paid for that inspection. We are not liable for consequential losses, including lost rent, deposit decisions, or adjudication outcomes.

We carry Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance with Hiscox UK. Policy reference available on request.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice are free of charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booking fee. No-shows will be charged at the full rate.
