How we work.
Zonghae is a family-run inventory practice headquartered in Birmingham, serving landlords, letting agents, and property portfolios nationwide. We turn up when we say we will, document a property the way an adjudicator wants it documented, and deliver the report without delay.
We work to a detailed standard: a room-by-room schedule of condition, full-colour photography, descriptors that survive a dispute, meter readings, and a signed audit trail.
